Artificial Intelligence (AI) &
Emerging Superintelligence Solutions
MacroStofft designs, builds, deploys, and manages practical artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), generative AI, agentic AI, and emerging superintelligence solutions—from custom applications and privacy-first tools to business automation and production-ready AI systems.
Three ways we help organizations put technology to work.
We focus on useful systems that solve specific problems without forcing clients into oversized platforms, unnecessary subscriptions, or infrastructure they do not need.
AI & Application Development
Custom software and AI applications, research platforms, privacy-first desktop tools, route-planning systems, data workflows, prototypes, and production-oriented application development.
Websites & Digital Services
Affordable business websites, redesigns, deployment, hosting and domain configuration, forms, maintenance, content updates, and ongoing technical support for small and local businesses.
AI Business Agents & Automation
AI-assisted phone screening, email triage and drafting, appointment scheduling, customer inquiry handling, research, document workflows, and other business-process automation with human oversight where appropriate.
We build working systems, not AI theater.
MacroStofft’s portfolio spans applied AI research, quantitative analysis, route planning, privacy-first photo search, and agent-orchestrated workflows.
RouteGuardTX
A responsive route-planning companion for fastest, heavy-load/truck, scenic, motorcycle, and towing/RV profiles. It captures vehicle dimensions and route preferences, compares route candidates, and can hand destinations off to Google Maps or Apple Maps. The current prototype is a planning aid rather than a turn-by-turn navigation engine.
PhxPict
A privacy-first photo search application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It indexes user-selected photo libraries locally, supports EXIF and filesystem dates, filenames, folders, and optional local CLIP-based visual categories, and keeps images on the user’s computer.
Quant-AI Research Platform
A Python research platform for market analytics, risk metrics, machine-learning signals, chronological validation, and walk-forward backtesting.
TEHI — The Eyes Have It
Graduate AI research using retinal fundus imagery for diabetic-retinopathy classification and exploration of cardiovascular indicators.
Agent-Orchestrated Workflows
Practical experimentation with autonomous and semi-autonomous agents for research, writing, technical workflows, communications support, and business-process automation.
A practical technology partner without the agency overhead.
MacroStofft can design and maintain the website, connect forms and scheduling, and add AI-assisted workflows for calls, email, appointments, and routine customer communication. Services can start small and expand only when the business sees value.
Website Design & Deployment
New sites, redesigns, mobile-friendly pages, forms, domains, hosting setup, deployment, and ongoing updates.
AI Front Desk & Scheduling
Assist with screening inquiries, collecting caller information, answering common questions, and setting appointments.
Email & Workflow Automation
Triage messages, draft routine responses, route important requests, organize follow-up, and reduce repetitive administrative work.
Ongoing Management
A single technical contact for maintenance, content changes, troubleshooting, automation adjustments, and incremental improvements.
Deep domain experience meets hands-on AI engineering.
An engineer with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare and technology, including work associated with Pfizer, Medtronic, Johnson & Johnson, and Applied Materials. Susan brings domain understanding of healthcare operations, engineering, and the practical bottlenecks where automation can create meaningful value.
A technology leader with experience at Apple, Motorola, Dell, and municipal government, combining business training with graduate computer-science work specializing in artificial intelligence. His current work spans applied ML, quantitative research, agent orchestration, data systems, and technical project leadership.
Start small. Prove value. Scale only when it earns the right to scale.
1. Diagnose
Map the workflow, bottleneck, available data, risk, and business outcome before choosing technology.
2. Prototype
Build the smallest useful proof of concept that can answer a real business question.
3. Validate
Measure performance, failure modes, security, explainability, and operational fit.
4. Deploy deliberately
Integrate with existing systems and scale infrastructure only when the economics justify it.
